Shipping Methods

  • Shipping and Billing address must match, any discrepancy in billing and shipping address will result in the cancellation of the order.  
  • All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the receipt of payment, excluding holidays. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself. 
  • All Domestic and international orders ship USPS priority. For domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $10 and $35 for all international orders. 
  • Orders are fulfilled 7 days a week. If order is placed on weekend or holiday, Orders will be shipped the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared. 
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during sales. Ex; Black Friday & Holiday sales. 
  • You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for you tracking information to update.
  • Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received. 
  • We are only able to ship to the address provided during checkout.

 

International Orders

  • All international packages may require addition processing time.  
  • 4Twenty4 Boutique is not responsible for additional shipping and/or custom charges incurred by customer when importing goods. 
  • If package is returned to 4Twenty4 Boutique due to unpaid charges. We will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply. 

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL 

  • If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us, there will be a reshipment fee of $7 due prior to reshipment. 
  • Once an item has shipped we are unable to make changes to shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS to make any address changes. 
  • We are unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided upon checkout that was incorrect. 
  • If your tracking information stated “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before 14 days. Otherwise your item will be returned back to us. 
  • If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error. Please contact your local post office. 

 


Returns

  • 4Twenty4 Boutique offers returns for store credit ONLY (NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS).
  • Once orders are placed no changes or cancellations can be made. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving order to receive store credit. After the 7th day the item is considered final sale. 
  • Please note: store credit based on return does not include shipping charges, unless the return was a result of 4Twenty4 error.  Swimwear and Accessories are Final Sale. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Please email Returns@4Twenty4.co to request to return. 

 How to Return an item:

  1. Items can be returned within 7 days from date order (excluding, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories) was received. If its been pasted 7 days, sale is final.
  2. Email returns@4Twenty4.co with your name, items being return, order number and if you would like an exchange or store credit.
  3. Ship the item to the address below.

  • Once the item has been received, our Returns department will contact you via email within 1-3 business days.

Store Credit

  • After your return has been processed, we will issue a e-Gift Card. The e-Gift card will be sent via email.

 

    Rerouted Packages

    • Please note; we do not manually input addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another. Please insure shipping address is correct upon receiving tracking information. 
    • If a address error is made. Please email 4Twenty4 Boutique within 8 hours of conformation email. Once orders are processed for shipment. No changed can be made. 
    • If your order is returned back to us and you choose not to pay your reshipment fee a refund will not be processed. 
    • You will be contacted via email when your rerouted package is delivered and processed into a warehouse.
